Group Therapy

Group therapy is a powerful method through which clients learn that they are not alone in their problems: others have similar situations and/or issues. For children and adolescents, group therapy may be their preferred treatment modality, as they find it easier to relate to their peers.

Hartstein Psychology Services provides groups that are skills based, problem-focused and time-limited in nature. The content and focus of these groups may change based on clients’ needs.
