Adult Therapy

Entering into a therapeutic relationship is not an easy decision. Often, when it is being considered, one is feeling unhappy, lost, or stuck in a rut of repetitive patterns and behaviors with no understanding of how to change. Many areas of one’s life can be impacted: work, home, interpersonal relationships, sex. One may feel stunted in their ability to live life to the fullest and in need of a supportive relationship to help work through it.

Engaging in psychotherapy allows for the opportunity to open oneself up to the possibility of change, and the chance to achieve the emotional well-being one deserves. In a safe, confidential and collaborative environment, the therapist works together with the client to break old patterns and create new, healthy ones.
