At the start of every year, we are bombarded with information about what resolutions we need to make, how to change, how to be better, or how to be something other than ourselves. What a horrible way to begin a new year—feeling as if you already aren’t good enough.
As we head into 2021, we encourage you to set intentions for things you would like to accomplish. For 2021, our tips of the month will focus on one task that you can try to incorporate throughout the month for yourself. We’ll give you an idea as to what to do and some tips as to how to start.
